Common questions
How much does the site cost?
The site is free. We bill you for the orders your store receives.
Do you process my customers' payments?
No. MakeMyMerch is not a payment provider. Each merchant must get their own merchant processing account to take payments. Our team provides the site and connects your processor to it.
How do I get charged?
We bill the card on file for each order, at our wholesale cost plus shipping and any tax that applies. The charge happens before the order goes into production.
Who chooses the retail price?
You do. Your customers pay your price through your own processor, and we bill you our wholesale cost.
How fast do orders go out?
Production usually takes about 2 business days once the order has been paid, though this isn't guaranteed. We then drop ship it straight to your customer.
How is shipping priced?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and billed at that rate.
Do I pay sales tax on my orders?
Tax is excluded for businesses properly signed up with a tax exemption. Without one on file, tax is added to your orders.
Can I use a slogan instead of a logo?
Yes. We print logos, slogans or both, using DTF printing.
